In this episode, Digital Experience Specialist Jim Graziano joins Tim and Tom to discuss his successful implementation of a real-world corporate “Tech Café”– a resource Jim started at Ball Corporation, and recently covered for the DEX Hub.
The Tech Café was inspired by Apple’s Genius Bar. Both have a concierge-style walk-up service where customers/users can interact face-to-face with friendly trained experts and receive personalized support. Jim’s “Enterprise Genius Bar” quickly became a central service at his workplace, and a great opportunity for users and IT to reconnect in person – personally and professionally – in the post-pandemic hybrid environment.
It is also, as Tim and Tom discover here, a great new tool for the provision and monitoring of a fantastic digital employee experience.
